Job Description:
As a Wellness Nurse with Sunrise Senior Living, you will be responsible for the overall well-being of our residents. This includes identifying ongoing needs and services, ensuring proper follow-through, and participating in resident evaluations and data gathering.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A graduate of an approved college or school of nursing
- A current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
- Minimum of one year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environment
- Demonstrates knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods applied to health and wellness resident care
- Good assessment skills
