Caregiver Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living seeks a caring and detail-oriented Medication Services Manager to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and services to residents, including medication administration and documentation
- Collaborate with the RCD and Wellness Nurse to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Participate in daily Cross Over meetings to discuss resident needs and concerns
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; certified in CPR and First Aid
- Experience working with seniors preferred; ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of the resident
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
