Job Title: Senior Dining Services Manager
At Sunrise Senior Living, our Senior Dining Services Managers are responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to residents in the community's dining rooms and designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in providing outstanding dining service to our residents
- Collaborate with team members on training and development initiatives
- Maintain proper dining room setup and organization
- Support special events and occasions
- Monitor and maintain checklists related to dining area cleanliness, readiness, and standards
- Assist with table top inventories and maintenance
- Ensure adherence to sanitary procedures and standards when handling food and beverages
- Promote compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements regarding food service
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
