- Receive updates from Resident Care Directors and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- Participate in daily Cross Over meetings and attend training sessions.
- Contribute to the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and residents.
