The LPN/LVN is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner. This includes but is not limited to:
• Administration of medications
• Documentation of medication administration
• Conducting Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
• Participating in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
• Transcribing orders
