Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments to residents.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in daily Cross Over meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident interactions.
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or state-specific equivalent.
- Certifications in CPR and First Aid.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
