Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to the Six Rights of Medication Pass (Right resident, medication, dosage, time, route, right to refuse)
- Review and document resident information, including medication updates from the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and ensure proper documentation
- Participate in daily Cross Over meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)/Individualized Care Plans (ICPs)
