Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments to residents with precision and accuracy
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with Resident Care Directors and Wellness Nurses to ensure timely medication updates
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by Resident Care Directors
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Demonstrated ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
