Job Description
The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner. This includes reviewing resident medication profiles, administering medications as directed, and documenting any changes or issues. The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting Service and Health Updates (SHUs), transcribing orders, and participating in daily Cross Over meetings.
