The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Administering medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Conducting SHUs and documenting findings
- Participating in daily Cross Over meetings and contributing to team discussions
- Providing resident care and promoting dignity and physical safety
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to Sunrise's Principles of Service
