About the Role
The Senior Resident Care Director is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of the residents within the community. This role involves managing clinical programs, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, as well as assisting in the training and onboarding of clinical and care coordinator team members.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Managing all clinical programs, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Assisting in the training and onboarding of clinical and care coordinator team members
- Participating in Medication Care Manager training, Nursing at-Sunrise training, and other care and service training
To be successful in this role, you must have a current state license as a Professional Registered Nurse, experience in assisted living and/or long-term care, and a minimum of five years' experience as a Registered Nurse. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle competing priorities and make sound decisions.
