Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Conduct service and health updates as directed by the RCD.
- Participate in the development and implementation of ISPs and ICPs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medication administration records and service logs.
- Collaborate with the RCD and other members of the care team to ensure that residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential.
- Certifications in CPR and First Aid.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care and services to residents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
