About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our resident care team as a Clinical Care Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Oversight: Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence in resident care.
- Clinical Expertise: Possess strong clinical expertise and knowledge of applied nursing practices, techniques, and methods in accordance with federal, state/province, and board of nursing requirements.
- Medication Management: Oversee medication management programs to ensure resident safety and compliance with regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Track, trend, and report clinical quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to mitigate risk and improve resident care outcomes.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state license as a professional Nurse (RN Preferred).
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years nursing experience; at least one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills; ability to delegate assignments to appropriate individuals based on their demonstrated skill capability and in compliance with all regulations.
