Sunrise Services, INC. is seeking a Case Manager for our Behavioral Health program! Hiring for our Everett office!

About the Program:
Our office is known for its strong commitment to taking care of those in need in our local community. We provide persons in need of mental health support with wraparound services which include counseling, therapy, EMDR, medication management and employment services. Our client population includes chronically homeless individuals and/or those with persistent and severe mental illness.
Our staff is comprised of a tightly knit team of local therapists, case managers and psychiatric prescribers who enjoy a laid back, casual work environment. Candidates can expect a caseload of 40 - 50 clients, providing mental health counseling and case management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing coordination and collaboration of case management services
- Provide treatment planning, resource identification and development, and advocacy
- Provide service monitoring and follow-up
- Complies with involuntary treatment admission (ITA) requirements and/or coordinates least restrictive order (LRO) services. Notifies CDMHPs, writes affidavits and serves as a witness in court when involuntary treatment is indicated. Continues to testify on consumer’s behalf for the duration that Involuntary Treatment is indicated (at the end of 72 hours, 14 days, 90 days, etc.).

- Financial needs
- Physical health care needs
- Psychiatric services
Requirements: (Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience)
- Education: Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Services, or related field.
- Licensure: Must have an AAC Registration or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience: Supervised practical experience in a clinical or rehabilitation (recovery) setting with persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses.

- DSHS background clearance required.
- Current valid Washington State driver’s license.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to ensure and deliver client care and provide a legal record of the care.

- Demonstrated commitment to developing multicultural competency and sensitivity.
- Displays positive communication skills when involved in problem solving or disputes with other individuals or in groups
- Skills and competence to establish supportive, trusting relationships with persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses
Schedule:
- M – F, 8:00am – 5pm
Compensation:
- $22.05 - $23.54/hour
- Wages are determined by applicable industry experience, education, and certifications/licensure.
