Mental Health Therapist

Sunrise Services, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for our Mountlake Terrace office!

 ***Up to $2k sign on bonus! Potential to earn up to $6,000 in client retention bonuses! 

About the Program:

At Sunrise Services we believe in the integration of services to treat the whole person. Our Behavioral Health program provides a wide-range of outpatient behavioral health care services to address patient needs; whether it be substance use, depression or anxiety, the first stages of dementia, or more acute, severe mental illness.

At our clinic, we help client’s with diagnosis’ ranging from mood disorders to personality disorders. Our team is dedicated to helping our community, our clients, and each other. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery
• Conducts intakes, individual, group, and family therapy
• Communicate with clients through appointments and assessments
• Focus on casework as needed
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing style to listen and provide feedback to clients
• Consults clinical staff and medication management services as needed
• Mental Health Assessment and diagnosis 

Requirements: (Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience)

• Education: Master's degree in counseling or related field.  
• Experience: At least 2 years of supervision complete. 
• Licensure/Certifications:
  • Agency Affiliated Counselor License
  • Washington State driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of insurance

Schedule: 

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Compensation: 

• $26 - $30.14 per hour depending on applicable experience, education, licensure/certification.
• Up to $2k sign on bonus!
