What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solar Installation Technician position at Sunrise Solar, LLC?
We are looking to hire experienced Solar Installers to add to our team. Locally owned and operated company based in Bentonville, AR.
Responsibilities
- Follow layout plans and perform the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment.
- Support the Crew Lead and Electrician to assure the successful completion of the solar system
- Provide a world-class customer experience
- Document completion of quality installation
- Work in a safe manner at all times
Requirements
- 6 months of Solar Installation experience
- Must be able to consistently carry up to 60 pounds.
- Must be comfortable working with heights
- Must be able to climb ladder, stairs, work on rooftops, and work on feet for long periods of time
- Must be willing to travel and occasionally stay out of town
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
