Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about solar energy solutions, guiding them through the sales process, and helping them make informed decisions that benefit both their homes and the environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical sales skills and a passion for renewable energy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for solar energy solutions.
- Engage in door-to-door sales efforts to promote solar products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues throughout the sales process.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate benefits of solar energy solutions.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical sales or energy sales is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
