Job Title: AR Collections Associate
Duration: 12-month contract
Location: Hybrid at Nashville, TN 37214
Required skills/experiences:
· High School Diploma, At least 1-year Prior Collections and Customer Service experience preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge/Experience with Excel
· Happy to consider New College Graduates - Associates’ and/or Bachelors’ Degrees in business-related disciplines preferred but not required.
· Builds relationships with the customers and utilizes the appropriate method of contact with the goal of collecting past due accounts.
· Full range AR portfolio management.
