Job Title: Customer Account Specialist
Location: This is a remote role, but candidates must be able to visit the office once a month for in-person meetings. Johnston, IA (Remote)
Duration: 12 months on W2 Contract
Shift: Between 6:55am to 6:05pm Central Time (1st shift, 40 hours per week)
Position Overview:
As a Customer Account Specialist, you will help resolve delinquent accounts by identifying issues, educating customers, and taking actions to retain them. You’ll use negotiating techniques, review payment history, and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations. You may also assist with account resolutions and escalate problems as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and dealers.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve account issues.
- Adhere to financial policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- 1 year in customer service.
- Ability to work in a call center and be seated for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiar with negotiation techniques and financial policies.
Salary : $18 - $21
