Job description :
- Experience in desktop support is required.
- Must have experience installing, diagnosing, and servicing computers, printers, network devices, software, and low-end servers at customer sites or depots.
- MAC OS (Ventura, Monterey or Sonoma) and Windows 10 / 11 skills.
- Experience with Service Now and Office 365 is required.
- Customer Service experience is very important.
- Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met.
- Incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system.
- A / V experience would be a plus.
