We are seeking an Expert SailPoint Developer to join our Cybersecurity IAM Operations team. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions for platforms such as Active Directory, Azure, SAP, Salesforce, and cloud access management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). The candidate will be responsible for application onboarding, custom workflow development, performance tuning, and compliance support.

• Develop and maintain custom workflows, rules, and connectors within SailPoint IGA.

• Implement user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and role-based access control.

• Work with vendor support for issue resolution and system optimization.

• Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and system integration activities.

• Support compliance requirements (SOX, NERC CIP) and maintain security best practices.

• 8 years of experience in IT Security & IGA systems (preferably SailPoint IIQ/ISC).

• Strong Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, REST API, and relational database skills.

• Experience integrating with SAP, Active Directory, Entra AD, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms.

• SailPoint certification, CISSP, or related security certification preferred.

• Knowledge of Apache Tomcat, risk management, and Power BI reporting is a plus.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $120,000.00 $210,000.00 annually.
