Title: Food Technologist/ Laboratory Technician
Duration: 07 Months contract with possibilities of extension
Location: Glenview, IL 60025
Food Technologist/ Laboratory Technician to aid in ingredient applications and functionality evaluations
Must-haves:
- Strong work ethic and enthusiasm
- Experience working in a laboratory setting with food ingredients
- Conduct bench top and pilot plant trials to optimize formulation and processes
Requirements:
- • B.S. in Food Science or similar field and minimum 2 years experience
- • Laboratory experience from B.S degree coursework or work experience
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Good record-keeping and organization
- • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
Salary : $33 - $35
