This position is for a Business Process Management and Re-engineering Analyst with SPECIFIC experience related to Government Supply Chain AND Workforce Management.
LOCATION
Position can be fully remote OR onsite. You will need to note your candidate's preference in the "Questions" section of the submittal. Remote candidates must be located within the US while working under the contract.
Position Overview :
- The Government Supply Chain and Workforce Management Business Process Management and Re-Engineering Analyst is expected to successfully :
- Work directly with department contacts to understand business needs, propose solution options, and draft functional solution specifications.
- Work hand-in-hand with Client business users and IT to identify customizations and personalization supporting the evolution of a stable, highly functional ERP environment.
- Investigate, analyze, communicate, and document business processes and business requirements.
- Support product customizations, modifications and related consulting / training activities surrounding Infor applications (and related third party) technologies and tools.
- Act as the business representative to ensure all planned INFOR changes are compatible with department workflows and business requirements.
- Research solutions using the INFOR support portal and community and provide results to IT and business SMEs.
- Develop ad hoc reports as needed.
- Provide ad hoc and or formal application training to department users.
- Help plan data migrations, data cleansing and validation.
- We are looking for one position, focused on Supply Chain and Workforce Management. The position can start as soon as possible. The prospective candidate must possess specialized training in Supply Chain and Workforce Management - Purchasing (Goods and Services), Vendor Management, Time and Attendance, Staff Scheduling and Acuity Scheduling.
