Position Description
Help desk center for the existing Centralize background check portal that was rolled out last June 1,2023.
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems,
- researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
- essentially, a blend of technical knowledge and soft skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve user problems.
- strong technical proficiency in computer systems and troubleshooting,
- excellent customer service skills,
- effective communication abilities,
- problem-solving aptitude,
- attention to detail,
- the ability to multitask,
- and familiarity with ticketing systems,
- all while demonstrating patience and empathy when interacting with users facing technical issues
- Spanish speaking (bilingual)
