Position Description
We are seeking a Temporary Procurement / Contract Specialist to join our team for a maximum duration of 12 months. The ideal candidate will have experience in public procurement, with a preference for experience in public utility sectors. This role will primarily focus on supporting the solicitation, advertisement, and award processes for water and sewer pipeline construction projects. The Procurement / Contract Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that all procurement activities are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements and will assist in the development and management of contracts to ensure successful project delivery.
Education Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Contracts Administration, Supply Chain or a related discipline and 5 years experience in procurement and contract administration OR
- High School diploma or equivalent and 7 years experience in procurement and contract administration.
