Our client, a leading apparel and sporting goods manufacturing company, is looking for a Product Designer with Audodesk Powermill 5 axis programming. This is for an initial duration of 3 months and is located in Beaverton, OR.
Mush Haves :
5-7 years relevant work experience in footwear product creation, CNC programming or related field and industry
Autodesk Powermill 5 axis programming is required
Passion for making; technical confidence working with your hands
Product Designer with Audodesk Powermill 5 axis programming
Flexible, self-starter, motivated to continually learn and grow
Innovative mindset, creative problem solver, and process oriented
Strong focus on project management and collaboration
Understanding of mold making, engineering, and manufacturing processes
Possess a mechanical approach and working in a hands-on environment
Associates or bachelor's degree in, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related technical field is preferred
5-7 years relevant work experience in footwear product creation, CNC programming or related field and industry
Autodesk Powermill 5 axis programming is required
Effective project management skills and related software's (Airtable)
Experience in engineering and / or manufacturing in a high-volume Prototyping environment creating high-value products
Passion for making; technical confidence working with your hands
Versatile, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, and comfort operating in ambiguity
Ability to drive collaboration and communication within a complex group
