Job Description:
We are seeking a Program Manager with 5-8 years of experience in telecom supply chain, procurement, and process improvement. The role focuses on optimizing procurement workflows, driving efficiencies, and aligning processes with business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct current and future state process mapping to streamline supply chain and procurement operations.
Manage deliverables for transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Engage with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and ensure alignment on business objectives.
Utilize data analytics to assess process performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Expertise in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
Six Sigma or relevant certifications preferred.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced telecom environment.
