What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Analyst position at Sunrise Systems, Inc.?
Job Description:
- Perform Routine and Non-Routine Analytical Quantitative and Qualitative tests of varying techniques.
- Tests can include the use of standard laboratory equipment to automated analytical instrumentation.
- Testing includes the preparation of solutions (e.g. mobile phases, buffers), calibration standards, etc.
- Perform Routine and Non-Routine Microbiology tests in support of product release and environmental monitoring.
- Perform Lab data reviews.
- Perform Special Testing according to Lab demand.
- Execute basic equipment/instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Perform Raw Material sampling.
- Cleaning Lab materials and glassware, including glassware depyrogenation.
- Lab Housekeeping to ensure the area is cleaned and organized in terms of equipment, workbenches, hoods, cabinets, materials disposal; etc.
- Keep Lab documentation organized in terms of flow & archive.
Salary : $31 - $37
