Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (Hybrid OGO & San Ramon) Job ID: 25-07243 Location: Oakland, CA Hybrid (1-4 times/month onsite) Duration: 12 months on W2 Contract

- Experience: 5-10 years as a Business Analyst with requirement gathering, utility industry experience, and project implementation.
- Equipment: Start with a personal PC via Citrix VPN; Client laptop & mobile device will be provided later.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in business applications (CC&B, SAP, etc.), project management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between IT & business teams.
- Analyze business processes, requirements, and reporting needs.
- Provide solutions, system enhancements, and client support.
- Ensure SOX compliance and follow utility safety protocols.
- Lead medium-to-high complexity projects and prepare business cases.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred).
- Strong communication & leadership skills.
The hourly rate for this position is between $65.00 - $70.00 per hour.
