Job Summary:
Seeking a Lean/Agile Transformation Expert to lead IT transformation initiatives, improve agility, and drive value-focused delivery. The role involves evaluating current maturity levels, coaching teams and leaders, implementing tailored frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and aligning strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess Lean/Agile maturity and identify improvement areas
- Develop and execute transformation strategies and coaching plans
- Educate teams on Agile principles and frameworks
- Guide implementation of Agile practices and metrics
- Support leadership in Agile adoption and cultural shift
- Promote cross-team collaboration and scale Agile across departments
Must-Haves:
- Proven success in Agile/Lean transformations
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Experience with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma)
The hourly rate for this position is between $77.00-$80.00 per hour.
