Job Description Summary
This is technical troubleshooting in Client's Wind Remote Operations Center in Schenectady, NY. This is a shift based role that needs to be performed on campus. Subject to direct operations supervision / prescribed work instructions / systems checking. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Energy Technologies, Operations or Computer Science from an accredited College or University OR ( an Associate's Degree from an accredited College OR University with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role) OR (High School Diploma / GED with 4 years of experience in a technical role)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen
- Must be willing to work out of an office in Schenectady NY, on a 24 / 7 rotating shift structure
- Ability and willingness to take initiative
- Strong Communications skills both verbally and written in English
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
