Candidates must be able to work 100% onsite, at Lawrenceville. This is where the depot is located so they must be able to work in Lawrenceville. Local candidates preferred.
Must Have List
- IT Technical School degree or certification and HS Diploma minimum.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support for desktops, laptops, or iPad devices.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Windows, and Mac preferred.
EM noted that this role is repetitive. They will download images on laptops and iPads and prepare / troubleshoot them. They must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. (Laptops, iPads, LCD Monitors).
Job Overview :
This role will be to assist IT Site Services with their depot operations at the Lawrenceville site. The depot operations provide IT support and devices to our Field Sales Force. Includes processing orders for new hires, incidents, & retrievals. Keeping track of inventory and inventory management by keeping records updated within the Asset database. Using FedEx portal to process shipping labels, unpacking, and packing boxes. Provide tier1 / tier2 remote support via teams or phone.
