Job Description :
- This is a Mechanical Project Planner position.
- Requires experience with SAP for plan development.
- Review work requests and plan work orders in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) system.
- Conduct field walkdowns to identify and analyze corrective and preventive maintenance, modification and surveillance activities and to provide input for refining and improving work package quality.
- Ability to evaluate work orders, ensuring correct resources, equipment, instructions, and parts are identified before scheduling.
- Review completed work order packets to identify follow-up tasks and improvements for model work orders, controlled documents, drawings, and equipment parts lists.
- Facilitate continuous improvement in the work management process, work planning through work execution.
- Coordinating equipment maintenance and downtime schedules, and planning major overhauls and shutdowns
- Preparing work instructions for mechanical and contract maintenance projects, and ensuring they comply with applicable procedures
