Who We Are Looking For :
We’re looking for a Production Artist I to join the Global Sports Apparel team. This role amplifies production delivering flawless execution on production-ready files and is a trusted resource within the team creating detailed and accurate schematics. The candidate needs to have a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a time sensitive environment keeping production moving forward.
What You Will Work On :
If this is you, you’ll be working on highly visible product across sports and professional leagues. This is where sport, design and culture meet and where we are redefining apparel for both athletes and fans. You will work with design to create and finalize graphic details across multiple levels of product, from on athlete to retail. You will be inspired and challenged by a wide range of responsibilities and experiences.
You will do this by leveraging D and D tools. A typical day could include Production Art meetings and alignment, high-volume graphic schematic creation and laydown page creation, creating documentation for downstream partners and reviewing strike-offs. Addition to creation you will be responsible for tracking and maintaining updates on all appropriate files for accuracy through final approval. You will get to learn new tools and advocate for efficiencies in the product creation life cycle.
Who You Will Work With :
You will report directly to the Production Art Studio Sr. Manager, while working in collaboration with fellow Apparel and Graphic Production Artists.
You will be working on product across multiple sport dimensions including Olympics, NBA, WNBA, and NCAA to help support seasonal category apparel graphic product creation. This opportunity will require independent and highly detailed thinking.
What You Bring :
Bachelor’s degree, Graphic Design or related field with experience in product creation
Strong knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite
Knowledge of graphic applications for apparel
Strong listening and communication skills
Excellent attention to details with organizational thinking
Strong ability to multitask with prioritization
Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity
Experience in D apparel programs such as CLO a plus
Curiosity for learning
