Sunrise Village of Milaca Assisted Living is seeking an Activity/Life Enrichment Director with an Energetic- Positive Can-Do Attitude!
Would you like to work for a boutique style assisted living and be part of a team who believes in offering the best quality of life to our community of residents?
We are seeking a Life Enrichment Director who will provide and implement a calendar of planned activities for our residents. This includes wellness activities, fitness activities, entertainment, shopping, dining out, sports games, seasonal parties, other social gatherings and various other life activities. The Life Enrichment Director provides resources and support to all residents and staff in the social and interactive operations of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement the community’s life enrichment program.
- Create a volunteer program
- Maintain department budget
- Collaborate with the Housing Director on community activity planning and other events.
- Determine departmental staffing requirements and assignments;
- May be asked to transport residents in company provided vehicles to/from various activities or appointments.
- May be requested to be in attendance of special planned events, parties or other engagements.
- Having fun!
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience preferred in Senior Living as an Activity Director
- Exhibit outstanding customer service skills and contribute to a friendly and dynamic atmosphere.
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism, courtesy and time management skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- federal, & state guidelines, & regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
- working with Seniors: 1 year (Preferred)
