Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21 years old, and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Additionally, they must be able to effectively communicate and build healthy relationships, set and teach positive values, perform CPR and First-Aid, and safely hold or restrain an upset or combative student.
