POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for traditional retail banking services at our Sioux Falls branch. Provides leadership and training designed to exceed customers’ expectations and meet bank goals and objectives. Works with executive management in the implementation of corporate objectives, the review and analysis of regional market deposit and consumer loan products and is a liaison with Holding Company’s operations, data processing technology, audit and compliance to ensure sound relationships between bank and holding company and proper implementation of policies, program enhancements and releases.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develops and implements marketing plans for retail services, and develops new retail products.
- Coordinate and monitor the delivery of retail banking products.
- Conducts business development activities.
- Promotes and cross sells bank products.
- Oversees the retail management of the assigned regional bank.
- Oversees the Implementation of policies and procedures.
- Oversees product and service vendors, services and products.
- Oversees all aspects of consumer loan functions.
- Responsible for the facilities oversight and management of all locations, including maintenance contracts and negotiation.
- Assists Bank Security Officer, ensuring compliance with all regulations and bank policies.
- Resolve difficult customer complaints and problems in an efficient and effective manner to improve the level of service provided to customers.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position supervises Relationship Banker(s). Responsible for the hiring, performance management and development of these employees.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- College degree in business related field preferred.
- Five (5) years retail banking experience required.
- Three (3) years management experience required.
- Superior skill set in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with Fiserv/ITI banking products preferred.
- Experience with loan software systems preferred.
- Ability to analyze information, produce appropriate analysis for budgets, loans, and deposit products.
- Solid credit skills required.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The expected starting annualized salary range DOQ: $64,052 - $91,503. In addition, this position is eligible for a Discretionary Incentive Bonus of up to 15% of annual earnings based on production goals.
