Days of Work and Schedule
The position starts 5/5/2024 to 8/30/2024. The hours, days of work, and work location are established as needed by operations and at the direction of the Camp Director and may be adjusted to meet the camp's needs as management requires.
Purpose
Assists in managing all aspects of the camp program, including camp personal purchasing and financial management. Clerical activities, including customer support, database, and staff management. Support the program during the camp season.
Qualifications
- Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License that meets company standards for approved driver status.
- Must possess basic computer and communication skills and be proficient in the English Language.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have two years or more of clerical or office experience.
Essential Functions
- Support the Camp Director in managing all aspects of the camp.
- Responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties within the administrative office.
- Serves as liaison between the local administrative office and applicable departments at National Headquarters.
- Assists management staff with the implementation of applicable policies and procedures.
- Ensures that established guidelines are followed for retention and archiving of records.
- Answers and routes calls as needed.
- Reads and routes incoming and outgoing mail as needed.
- Proficiency in the English language both written and verbal, including medical terminology, are required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
