POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for regulatory, network and processing compliance as it pertains overall to the National Products (FinTech) Prepaid, Deposit, and Credit lines of business. Assist in the administration of the Bank’s compliance management program which captures regulations promulgated by the CFPB, OCC, various payment networks or any third party establishing/enforcing requisite compliance requirements pertaining to the Bank’s National Products partners. This position will work in the Testing sub compliance team and may also assist with New Partner Implementation or special projects on an as needed basis.
This position supports the National Products (Fintech) partners and closely resembles a third line of defense audit role remaining autonomous of the Partner’s day to day activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Perform monitoring of the Payments program managers and various prepaid card, credit card and lending products.
- Conduct reviews of partner websites for compliance concerns.
- Maintain a current Corrective Action Matrix listing all outstanding findings from monitoring reviews.
- Perform monitoring of the Bank’s national lending products as assigned by the compliance management team.
- Works with Compliance Management to ensure that all review programs are revised for regulatory and procedural changes.
- Assist the management team with special projects and work duties to meet the risk mitigation needs of the Bank.
- Participate in any Third Party (e.g., OCC, VISA) audit requests pertaining to compliance.
- Maintain work papers relating to all applicable compliance monitoring functions including but not limited to e-sign requirements, customer complaints, Regulation E, UDAAP, Regulation Z, SCRA, MLA, FCRA, Regulation DD, Regulation CC, and compliance with the program manager’s terms/conditions.
- Create reports for internal and external partners to communicate results of ongoing Partner oversight.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- College degree in business related field preferred.
- Previous regulatory experience preferred.
- Minimum of one to three year’s compliance experience required.
- Experience in the prepaid / card / financial industry preferred.
- Strong skill set in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Knowledge of prepaid/card industry databases preferred.
- A comprehensive skill set data & analytics.
- Consumer Lending experience preferred.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Expected starting annual salary range DOQ: $55,331 - $79,044
