We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional sleep care. As a Nurse Practitioner you are a foundational part of the team helping to screen, diagnose, and treat patients who are struggling with their sleep. Not only will you be seeing patients, you will also be helping to shape our clinic by creating efficient workflows to help our patients get the best rest possible.
Expected Schedule : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Dreem Nurse Practitioner you will be :
- Providing comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine
- Thoroughly documenting patient interactions using our customized EHR
- Applying appropriate billing procedures
- Participating in quality control and improvement activities
- Returning patient messages and calls in a timely fashion
- Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Keeping current with and following AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols in your clinical care and decisions
