Job Responsibilities:
The Night Watch Advocate is responsible for ensuring student safety during traditional sleeping hours, staying awake and alert throughout the shift. Bed checks are conducted every 15 minutes to monitor student safety and address needs. The advocate must also provide support and care to students who are ill or experiencing difficulties, accurately observe and document student behavior, and complete all responsibilities effectively during each shift.
