Almost 300 team members represent three pubs and a brewery located in Central Oregon with an additional pub in Eugene. We are dedicated to awesome craft beer, delicious food, and engaging service. We're looking for a Pub Manager to join our team and operations at our Eastside Pub in Bend.
Pub Manager - Position Summary:
We're seeking a professional, collaborative, solution-oriented servive leader to support our great team and grow the business. The Pub Manager delivers strong staffing, operating and financial results through effective leadership and management work while supporting our company Purpose Statement.
Your duties will include hiring new employees, performance coaching and assisting with overseeing operations. To be successful as a Pub Manager you must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as experience in a restaurant environment. A good Pub Manager can multitask and remain calm in stressful situations.
Pub Manager - Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Hire and train staff members.
- Performance coaching.
- Ensure that the company’s service standards are met.
- Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
- Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
- Ensure that the restaurant is well maintained and meets branding guidelines.
- Accountability for operations and financial results.
- Open and close the restaurant on time.
Pub Manager - Job Requirements & Skills:
- Food Handler's Permit & OLCC Permit
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing in a restaurant of pub setting
- Ability to train and mentor people at all levels
- Ability to professionally address customer complaints
- Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.
- Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
