Line Cook – Oakway Pub Job Summary:
Sunriver Brewing Company is a family-owned business founded in Central Oregon with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional craft beer, delicious food, and engaging service. We're seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team at the Oakway Pub in Eugene.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals according to standard recipes, maintaining sanitation standards, and working effectively as part of our kitchen team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all menu items are prepared to meet our chef's exact specifications. This involves cooking food using various methods, including grilling, frying, sautéing, and other techniques, as well as plating prepared foods to present them in an appealing manner.
We're looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, can multitask effectively, and has experience working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should have a Food Handler's Permit and culinary school training would be advantageous.
This position offers a competitive salary range from $17-$20 per hour, along with additional average tip allocation of $3-$5/hour.
