Overview
Sunriver Resort is hiring for a Crosswater Gatehouse Attendant! The Gatehouse Attendant is the first contact that people have when they come and visit Crosswater. It is critical that you have the correct attitude, appearance, resort/club knowledge. Your position here at Crosswater is an important one, as we only have one chance to make a first impression. An essential function of your job is to make sure that it is a positive one for all guests along with welcoming Homeowners, Members, and Contractors.
Responsibilities
- To follow the Crosswater Gatehouse Policies and Procedures at all
- To greet Crosswater Property Owners, their guests and To provide them with the appropriate guest pass and direct them to the proper address.
- To greet Golf Members, their guests and Sunriver Resort Lodge Guests and provide them with the appropriate guest pass and direct them to the Clubhouse, whether it is for a dinner reservation or tee-time. Announce Lodge guest golfers and golfing members to the Golf Shop and PA’s.
- To respectfully turn away those people who are not permitted access to
- Provide mail, newspapers or other deliveries to Property
- Be able to provide information to customers on Crosswater and other Sunriver
- Always keep the immediate areas inside and around the Gatehouse neat and free of any trash or
- Comply with Crosswater grooming and uniform
- Comply with all CW policies, procedures and safety regulations and report any discrepancies to Know proper procedures for emergencies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work well with others and the public
- Ability to work flexible hours and days
- Good communication skills
- Be able to function in high customer service impact situations
- Knowledgeable relating to Crosswater & Sunriver Resort
- Knowledge and interest in golf
- High school education or equivalent
