We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various bike and ski rentals, tuning tech, retail sales, and inventory management. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Responsibilities include assisting customers with rental equipment including fitting boots, skis, and snowboards to guest satisfaction.
- Back shop tech involves ski/board waxing, tuning, repairs & binding mounts.
- Managing rental reservations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations and address inquiries.
