Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Oversee rental transactions, including processing agreements and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and rental agreements using Excel and other software tools.
- Engage in retail sales activities, assisting customers in selecting appropriate rental products.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure availability of rental items.
- Provide training and support to staff on retail math principles and effective customer engagement techniques.
- Utilize public speaking skills for promotional events or community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bike and ski retail sales environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for managing documentation and reports.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of retail math principles is beneficial for effective inventory management.
- Excellent public speaking skills are a plus for engaging with customers and promoting services effectively.
