Things You'll Do
- Assist location operation managers to plan and review daily work and make business process improvements as directed by the Area Manager
- Assist with daily business duties, including, preparing material price quotes, sampling materials, preparing submittal information for projects, coordinating logistics with suppliers and data entry into key systems
- Learn about the construction material industry through assisting managers.
- Input job data into estimating software.
- Learn about the construction industry through assisting managers.
- Track supply quantities for billing purposes.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor of Science degree program studying Construction management or Civil Engineering.
- Intermediate knowledge of construction industry.
- Good public relations and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, deal with budgets, and tight project schedules.
