With at least three years of grader experience, you'll teach, direct, and collaborate with a team while ensuring safety and quality. Things You will Do
- Operate a grader safely & efficiently.
- Prep for asphalt and concrete paving on highways, roads, and construction sites.
- Teach and direct team members.
- Read and understand project plans and specifications.
- Measure, mark and record openings and distances to lay out work areas.
Requirements
- Experience
- At least 3 years of experience operating a Road Grader.
- At least 1 year of experience operating a loader, skid steer, and roller.
- Experience in a dozer or excavator is a plus.
- Ability to read plans, grades stakes and operate Trimble GPS
- Additional Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to bend, sit for extended periods, and work in the heat.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Attention and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
