About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Expansion Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of Expansion Specialists. Our focus isn't about pushing customers to spend more-it's about empowering them to earn more by adopting additional Utility Profit features. This role is instrumental in driving product adoption and increasing revenue-sharing opportunities for our property manager (PM) partners.
Utility Profit is transforming the property management industry by streamlining tenant move-ins with utility setups and helping property managers generate additional revenue through our innovative solutions. Your team will connect with PM customers, demonstrate how these tools enhance their operations, and relay valuable feedback to continuously improve the product.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- First figure out the strategy and sales process yourself.
- Recruit, manage, and coach a team of Expansion Specialists, ensuring they are equipped to drive adoption of new Utility Profit features.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on empowering customers to maximize revenue-share opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and ensuring alignment with company goals.
