Job Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Fabricate parts when necessary
- Conduct facilities maintenance including plumbing and electrical
- Perform residential painting as required
- Provide leadership in maintaining a safe work environment
- Supervise maintenance staff when needed
Experience
- Proficiency in English language
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Ability to maintain and repair plumbing and electrical.
- Welding skills are a plus
- Residential painting experience is beneficial
- Leadership qualities for supervising maintenance staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
